PLAN is a not-for-profit professional body whose membership includes a wide range of Nigerian and International stake holders such as IOCs (Shell, Total etc.), regulatory interest holders like DPR, pipeline owners, operators (NLNG), service providers, Environmental groups, NGO and more.
PLAN advises and provides useful information to aid the formulation of rules & regulations, the adoption of best practices and keeps its members abreast of all that is happening in the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector and the industry at large.
