PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST
LOCATION: BONNY ISLAND, RIVERS STATE NIGERIAThe Job: The appointee will be required to: •Assist and participate with the provision of process & utilities technology support to operations for a process area to maximise plant safety, reliability, efficiency, and capacity and ensure process technical safety.
•Assist and participate with the provision of process & utilities technology support for a process area to other business support groups to achieve business objectives.
The Person: The right candidate should:
•Possess a bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Gas Engineering, Physics or any other closely related Applied Science discipline.
•Possess a minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience; out of which minimum of 4 years must have been spent as a Process Technologist in a reputable organization, preferably an Oil & Gas company.
PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER
LOCATION: BONNY ISLAND, RIVERS STATE NIGERIA
The Job: The appointee will be required to provide with assistance from senior process control staff, process control support in his area of support through control and safeguarding application tuning, testing and monitoring, and troubleshooting/improvement of the entire NLNG plant in support of a safe, reliable, high capacity and efficient operation. The Person: The right candidate should:
•Possess a bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Chemical Engineering, Physics or Process control.
•Possess a minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience; out of which minimum of 4 years must have been spent in process control in a reputable organization, preferably an Oil & Gas company.
INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
LOCATION: BONNY ISLAND, RIVERS STATE NIGERIA
The Job: The appointee will be required to maintain and renew (as required) the DCS and Safety System (comprising of Fire &Gas Systems and Safeguarding Systems) and also support maintenance of portfolio of 3rd party systems critical to plant operations across LNG value chain from Gas Suppliers’ tie-in at Gas Transmission Stations (GTS) up to Condensate/LNG/LPG Ships thereby sustaining gas supplies, Condensate/LNG/LPG production and loading operations.
The Person: The right candidate should:
•Possess a University degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Engineering or Sciences (Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or Mechanical). Relevant professional certification required for the job will be added advantage.
•Possess a minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience; out of which 4 years must have been spent in general field automation and at least 2 years in a similar function in a reputable organization preferably an LNG plant or in a petrochemical company.
SENIOR INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
LOCATION: BONNY ISLAND, RIVERS STATE NIGERIA
The Job: The appointee will be required to:
•Maintain and renew (as required) a portfolio of DCS, safety systems and 3rd party systems critical to plant operations across LNG value chain from Gas Suppliers’ tie-in at Gas Transmission Stations (GTS) up to Condensate/LNG/LPG Ships thereby sustaining gas supplies, Condensate/LNG/LPG production and loading operations.
•Carry out safety critical technical integrity assurance role with respect to conceptual design, detail design, construction/installation, commissioning, start-up and “run-and-maintain” of safety systems.
The Person: The right candidate should:
•Possess a University degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) in Engineering or Sciences (Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation, Control or Mechanical). Relevant professional certification required for the job will be added advantage.
•Possess a minimum of 10 years post-NYSC experience; out of which 6 years must have been spent in general field automation and at least 3 years in a similar function in a reputable organization preferably an oil and gas company.
